Ooaked Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Ooaked, so we’ve designed a return policy that gives you peace of mind while ensuring we can keep creating one-of-a-kind products for everyone to enjoy.

Personalized Products – 7-Day Return Policy

We put a lot of care and passion into crafting your personalized products and are confident you’ll love them! But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy on personalized products, even though we can’t re-use them, which means we incur a loss.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your personalized product, don’t stress—just reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right. Feedback and photos are greatly appreciated to help us learn and improve!

Non-Personalized Products – 30-Day Return Policy

For non-personalized products, we offer a 30-day return policy. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@ooaked.com.au with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. For personalized products, a photo will help us assess the issue faster!
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Please note: The cost of return shipping will be covered by you.

Returns must be requested and approved before shipping your item back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in crafting and packaging your order, but if something isn’t right, let us know immediately! If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@ooaked.com.au so we can fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we aim to provide the best service possible, some items can’t be returned:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Personalized products returned outside the 7-day window (unless defective or damaged).

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (within the eligible return period), and once it’s accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, though it may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
