When will I receive my order?
All our products are stocked and personalized in Sydney, Australia, which means faster processing and delivery times!
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 5 PM are personalized the same day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM may need an extra day.
Delivery Options:
Standard Shipping: $10 (FREE for orders over $49)
Express Shipping: $15 (FREE for orders over $99)

How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Ooaked is simple and quick!
- Browse Our Products: Find the perfect one-of-a-kind gift.
- Customize It: Add your personalized details (like names, dates, messages, symbols, etc...) using the customization options on the product page.
- Checkout: Complete your purchase by providing your shipping details and selecting your delivery method.
Once your order is placed, we’ll start crafting your personalized item right away. Orders placed before 5 PM are usually shipped the next business day.

Can I change my customization details after placing an order?
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible if the engraving process has started.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to shop with confidence!
- Personalized Products: We offer a 7-day return policy for personalized items if you're not completely satisfied. Although we can't reuse personalized products, we’ll make it right if needed.
- Non-Personalized Products: These can be returned within 30 days if they’re unused and in original condition.
